Returns & Refunds
We want products to arrive as described and work as expected. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items may need to be unused or in original condition, returned with original packaging and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some products may not be eligible for return after installation, use, modification, or damage caused by misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be returnable, including used consumables, items damaged by misuse or incorrect installation, clearance items marked final sale, and products missing parts or accessories not caused by our error.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@shopusefulkit.com with your order number, photos or video, and a short description of the issue.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If the issue was caused by a fulfillment error or confirmed product defect, we will review the best resolution. If the return is due to preference, incorrect ordering, or unsupported compatibility, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancelable.
